I provide personalized care exclusively via telehealth. This allows you to receive care conveniently from your home.
My evaluation process begins before our first telehealth visit, with a careful review of the patient forms you complete. During our virtual appointment, I collaborate with you to uncover the underlying factors contributing to your illness through a comprehensive discussion of your history and concerns. Based on this evaluation, I may recommend additional diagnostic tests if needed.
Once the root cause is better understood, I work with you to create a personalized treatment plan. Initial steps often focus on lifestyle and dietary adjustments, with the option of incorporating targeted supplements when appropriate. In specific cases, medication may be prescribed for certain conditions, or I may recommend a referral to a specialist if that would best support your care.
Testing
In addition to standard laboratory tests, I may recommend specialized diagnostic assessments to pinpoint the root causes of your health concerns and tailor a precise treatment plan. These specialized tests encompass a range of health issues, including but not limited to adrenal and hormonal imbalances, micronutrient deficiencies, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), and imbalances in the microbiome.
It's worth noting that some of these specialized tests may be covered by insurance. The cash price for these tests typically falls within the range of $300 to $400, although the cost may vary depending on the specific test and individual circumstances.

Payments, Insurance and Fees
Arzu Health LLC. does not contract with insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Payments are expected at the time of office visits.
You will receive a receipt at the end of each visit showing services received with the insurance codes. You may submit this receipt to your insurance company.
Payment in full is required at time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, and most major credit cards.
